The Capital Civic Center is one of 27 projects statewide to receive funds as part of the Rasmuson Foundation’s new Legacy and Community Support grant programs.
Rasmuson Foundation President and CEO Gretchen Guess said “There’s so much good happening in our state. We are thankful to the Alaskans who are working hard to make a difference. Empowering Alaskans is our mission, whether they are building new community centers, fixing up their local trails, or developing essential programming.”
This award comes with a challenge to our community to match $1M by the end of 2025: Anticipate a year filled with opportunities engage in some fun community-wide matchmaking activities!
